Walking through the windy downtown of Seattle early morning, you pass about 30 Starbucks locations and can smell beans in the air. The thought of hugging your hot coffee with your hands sounds more enticing than ever. Leaves that have turned color blow past you and you start to realize, fall is truly here. Time to bust out the chunkiest of sweaters, wool socks, and your favorite scarf blanket, slanket, if you will.
Founder and Designer, Kim Kogane, loves fall more than any other season of the year. If you stop by the Fresh Tangerine studio, you will find Kim hidden under a huge blanket or tucked away under her turtlenecks, contrary to the thick skin you thought she would have formed growing up in Anchorage, Alaska. Kim feels at home in historic buildings, which is why she chose to make the home of Fresh Tangerine in the 89 Yesler Building in Seattle's first neighborhood, Pioneer Square. We took our camera and explored the nooks and crannies of the building for this week's OOTD.
