I just placed my order. When can I expect to receive my jewelry?
Orders are shipped within 7 days of the purchase/payment date. We process orders Tuesday-Friday during business hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Tuesday. Please keep in mind that we make everything by hand in our studio and certain pieces are made to order. If your order is time sensitive, please feel free to contact us via email and we will try to get it out as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee shipping dates for orders. Standard shipping does not include insurance and has limited tracking information.
I haven't received my item yet, and I think it may have gotten lost in the mail. What should I do?
We recommend contacting USPS directly if you believe your package to be lost or stolen. We have no control over what happens when your order leaves our studio and Fresh Tangerine is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
I need the exact same ring in a different size!
We are unable to offer exchanges for online orders at this time. The easiest way to exchange your ring is by placing a new order and returning your other ring for a refund. If the item(s) being returned were a gift, please fill out the return form for an online credit. This is the only way we can accommodate online exchanges.
For in-store orders, please bring your item to the store in its original condition within 14 days of purchase, along with a valid receipt. A sales associate will assist you with an exchange.
How can I return my order?
We want you to love your new piece! If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, we will accept unworn pieces in their original condition within 14 days of receipt for online orders and 14 days of purchase for in-store orders. Any returns after this time are accepted on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
If your return is outside of the 14-day policy, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return. Please do not ship your item until you've received confirmation from us that we will honor your return. Items returned outside of the 14 days without prior approval may be refused and is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping to return the items.
Please note that we cannot process returns for online orders in our store. For online returns, please complete our return form and mail in with your pieces to:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. An email confirmation of your refund will be sent to you. You should see the credit back to your credit card in 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.
If the original payment method is unavailable, the return will be issued as store credit in the form of an online gift card. If the items being returned were a gift, please fill out the return form for a gift card. Shipping costs are not refundable at this time, and Fresh Tangerine is not responsible for return shipping costs.
When returning items, please package them in a box and provide ample padding to protect the pieces during shipment. Returning the items in the box you received them in works perfectly! Fresh Tangerine will not be responsible for inadequately packaged items or items damaged during shipment in any way. We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. We are not responsible for tracking your return and are unable to issue a refund for lost or damaged packages.
Items purchased in-store should be brought to our store for a return. We will accept unworn pieces in their original condition within 14 days of purchase. A valid receipt is required in order to honor the return.
If you purchased your item from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for their return policies. We cannot exchange or return any items bought from one of our retailers.
All custom pieces and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
I placed an order online and changed my mind! Can you cancel my order?
We accept cancellations on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at email@example.com if you would like to cancel your order. Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled and will need to be returned for a refund.
I made a mistake on my order and need to change it!
We can make changes to your order on a case-by-case basis. You may inquire about a change by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you entered an incorrect address and your order has not yet shipped, send us an email with the correct address and we will update it for you!
I bought some of your jewelry at a different store. Can I return it to you or can you exchange it for me?
We are unable to accept exchanges or returns on any items bought from one of our wholesale retailers. Please contact them directly to learn more about their return policies.
I broke my favorite piece, can you fix it for me?
Yes! Email us a picture along with an explanation at email@example.com. There are small fees associated with repairs and we will let you know the cost on a case-by-case basis. We cannot repair jewelry that was not purchased from our website or an authorized Fresh Tangerine retailer.
I'm interested in a custom piece and wondered if Fresh Tangerine could make one for me!

I'm not sure what my ring size is. How can I figure out what size I am?
We offer FREE ring sizers! Order one here. Our sales associates are also available to size your finger when you visit us in-store. If you can't wait that long, you can head over to http://findmyringsize.com or use our worksheet to find the perfect size!
How will my order be packaged?
Our rings come in a small black envelope secured with a Fresh Tangerine branded sticker. Everything else is packaged in a black jewelry gift box with a customized Fresh Tangerine belly band. Our orders make easy gifts as they are already boxed and prices are not included with your packing slip.
My order is a gift. Can you include a gift receipt and a message?
You may leave a gift message in the Special Instructions at checkout. At this time, we do not give gift receipts for online orders. The gift recipient may fill out the return form for a gift card and use it for a future purchase. If you purchase in-store, you have the option to print out a gift receipt upon checkout.

I have sensitive skin. Can I wear your jewelry?
Yes! We use 14k gold fill and sterling silver for our main jewelry line and 14k yellow gold and 14k white gold for our fine jewelry line. All of these metals are hypoallergenic, lead-free and nickel-free. Learn more about our metals here.

I forgot to use my discount code when I checked out. Can you refund me the discount amount?
Unfortunately we cannot process discount codes retroactively; however, your discount code will stay active for a future purchase. Sale discount codes expire at the end of the sale and cannot be combined with other ongoing sales or sale items.
Can I use multiple discount codes on my purchase?
We are unable to "stack" discounts in the same order. For example, if you are using a special promotional code, you will not be able to use the discount code from signing up for our mailing list. Only one discount code can be used per order.
