Orders are shipped within 7 days of the purchase/payment date. We process orders Tuesday-Friday during business hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Tuesday. Please keep in mind that we make everything by hand in our studio, and certain pieces are made to order. If your order is time sensitive, please feel free to contact us or add a note to your order, and we will try to get it out as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee shipping dates for orders. Standard shipping does not include insurance and has limited tracking information.
We have no control over what happens when your order leaves our studio and Fresh Tangerine is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. We recommend contacting USPS directly if you believe your package to be lost or stolen. We are not responsible for packages that are returned to Fresh Tangerine because of incorrect addresses. Customers may be responsible for forward shipping.
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and usually arrive within 2-3 days of the shipping date. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number when your package ships.
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and can take anywhere between 1-4 weeks to arrive depending on the location. You will receive a shipping notification for your order, but you will not be able to track your package after it has left our studio.
All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the recipient (you). We have no control over these extra costs, and will not state that a package is a gift in order to help avoid customs fees. Packages will be marked Merchandise/Costume Jewelry.
We want you to love your new piece! If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, we will accept unworn pieces in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Any returns after this time are accepted on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. If your return is outside of the 14-day policy, please email us at email@example.com to request a return. Please do not ship your item until you've received confirmation from us that we will honor your return. Items returned outside of the 14 days without prior approval may be refused and is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping to return the items.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. An email confirmation of your refund will be sent to you. You should see the credit back to your credit card in 3-5 business days, depending on how fast your bank is.
If the original payment method is unavailable, the return will be issued as store credit in the form of an online gift card.
If the items being returned were a gift, please fill out the return form for a gift card. Shipping costs are not refundable at this time, and Fresh Tangerine is not responsible for return shipping costs.
When returning items, please package them in a box and provide ample padding to protect the pieces during shipment. Returning the items in the box you received them in works perfectly! Fresh Tangerine will not be responsible for inadequately packaged items or items damaged during shipment in any way. We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. We are not responsible for tracking your return, and are unable to issue a refund for lost or damaged packages.
If you purchased your item from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for their return policies. We cannot exchange or return any items bought from one of our retailers.
All custom pieces and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
All International orders are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. The easiest way to exchange your item is by placing a new order and return your other items for a refund.

Need the exact same ring in a different size? Please follow our return instructions above and place a new order for the new ring sizes that you would like. You can use our worksheet or http://findmyringsize.com to find the size you need before you place your order. This is the only way we can accommodate exchanges.
If you used a discount code with your original order, we are unable to honor the same discount after the discount has expired. If you are returning an item you purchased using a discount and want to place a new order, the discount will not be applied to your new order. The discounts are only valid for one time use.
For our wholesale customers, we offer exchanges for store credit on items in new condition for 30 days after receipt. Exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be applied at our discretion and deducted from the store credit we issue. Please email email@example.com for more information.
We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been submitted. Please take a look at our return policy if you change your mind about a purchase.
If for some reason, your piece arrives damaged in any way, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily send you a replacement.
If your piece is in need of repair, please email us at email@example.com. Repairs are accepted on a case-by-case basis. We strongly recommend sending a photo with your request to help us determine the nature of your repair. There may be a small fee to repair your piece and we do not cover shipping charges.
We cannot repair jewelry that was not purchased from our website or an authorized Fresh Tangerine retailer.
Discount coupons must be used at the time of purchase. We can not process discount codes retroactively. If you return an item that was purchased using a discount code, you will not get that discount code back.
We are unable to "stack" discounts in the same order. If you are using a percentage discount code, you will not be able to use a free shipping code for that order.
We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipping in Washington.

All of the metal used is either sterling silver or 14K gold fill. These are hypoallergenic, lead-free, and nickel-free.

So you just got your sparkly new jewelry...now what?
1. Metal hates moisture. To keep your jewelry looking its best, do not wear in the shower and store your pieces in an airtight bag.
2. 14k gold fill can be cleaned with dish soap, hot water, and a gentle cloth.
3. Sterling silver will tarnish over time. To bring your piece back to its original shiny state, gently rub with a polishing cloth or use baking soda and a soft cloth.
