Order Minimums

Opening Order Minimum: $400   
Reorder Minimum: $250
Annual Minimum: $650


Fresh Tangerine retailers agree to maintain the minimum Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).

The retailer may choose to price products above Fresh Tangerine’s MSRP within a reasonable range.

Retailer’s must not artificially increase the MSRP and then promote the product as “marked down”.

Fixed or permanent discounts are not allowed.

Prices are subject to changes without notice.

To achieve effective merchandising efforts, retailers are required to meet annual minimums. If minimums are not met, Fresh Tangerine reserves the right to discontinue the partnership.

Payment Terms

Payments are due at checkout unless you have prior approval from Fresh Tangerine. If you're interested in setting up terms, please contact us at wholesale@freshtangerine.com. Orders placed without prior approval for Net 30 will not be processed.

Net 30 requires a credit card on file and a prior order history. Unprocessed payments after 45 days will automatically be subject to a $10 late fee. Fresh Tangerine reserves the right to charge the card on file for the full amount after the due date has passed. 

If paying by check, please contact wholesale@freshtangerine.com for approval. Check must be received before the order will be shipped with the exception of Net 30.


Fresh Tangerine ships via USPS First Class Mail in an effort to keep the shipping costs as low as possible. Requests to use other carriers will be honored when possible.


Unless the order is refused at time of delivery because of damages, unauthorized returns are not allowed and must be approved by Fresh Tangerine.

Unauthorized returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

For our new wholesale customers, we offer exchanges for store credit on items in new condition for 30 days after receipt. If items require cleaning or repackaging, they may be subject to a 20% restocking fee applied at our discretion.

Custom pieces are final sale and not returnable.


Please contact us prior to sending repairs. Repairs are accepted within 6 months of purchase. We cannot accept repairs beyond the 6 month timeframe. All repairs are subject to the following fees. 

For pieces purchased less than 6 months ago:

Resize or reshape ring $10.00 + $5.00 shipping
Repair broken ring $15.00 + $5.00 shipping
Broken necklace or bracelet $10.00 + $5.00 shipping
Miscellaneous repairs $15.00 + $5.00 shipping

We will accept individual customer repairs on a case by case basis and encourage retailers to have their customers reach out to us directly at info@freshtangerine.com with any repair needs.
